Responsibilities: Support employees with setting up and troubleshooting mobile applications, primarily on iPads. Coordinate support to a queue of users, acting as a "mini help desk."
Skills Developed: Develop customer service skills, phone etiquette, and technical troubleshooting skills.
Requirements: Ideal for a student interested in IT or a career at Waldinger. Must be familiar with using an iPad.
Opportunities: The position offers the potential to develop into a full-time position. Transportation support may be provided, indicating assistance with commuting if necessary.
This internship is designed for students with an interest in IT, offering a practical introduction to technical support and customer service within a professional setting.

CICIL Connection Center Staff Intern

Interns at CICIL will engage in tasks that support individuals with disabilities, promoting integration and independence. Activities include greeting participants, supporting daily activities, engaging in skill-building activities, and occasional light cleaning. Interns will learn about the five core services: Information and Referral, Peer Support, Independent Living Skill Training, Advocacy, and Transition.

Program Details: A 10-week paid internship that combines self-paced learning modules with immersive hands-on training led by an in-store mentor. Interns work up to 40 hours per week based on their availability, with a flexible start date. The program also offers the ability to attend Hy-Vee Career Day on June 12th and concludes with an exit interview, with the opportunity for continued employment.
What You’ll Learn: Interns will gain knowledge and experience in customer service and friendliness, leadership and teamwork, problem solving and time management, and general retail store operations.
